DECEMBER 2019 FEATURED ARTIST
Photographer Ron Zak
Artifax will display recent paintings by well-known local photographer Ron Zak. Many Sonomans will know Zak for his quirky Gundlach-Bundschu and Sonoma Wine Auction posters of the 70’s and 80’s but if that’s all you know of Zak, you’re in for a real treat. His lifetime of photographic work is curious, compassionate, gritty, and fearless and his most recent works combine all those elements and paint too.
Artifax will display these most recent works as well as a collection of his photo books that span the lifetime of work from the penetrating eye of Ron Zak.
Books and paintings will be for sale at the opening. Thursday, December 5th, 5:30-7:30
